2. Purpose
This site presents the owner's custom software development, process automation and AI integration services, and lets you get in touch to request a first diagnostic meeting. Browsing it costs nothing and needs no registration.
3. Terms of use
Accessing the site makes you a user and means you accept this notice. You agree to use it lawfully and not to do anything that harms its operation, its security or the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, code and other elements of the site belong to the owner or are used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission. Technology brands shown belong to their owners and appear only to identify the technology used. The screenshots in the examples section are mock-ups created by the owner with invented data; they do not correspond to any client. The project labelled "Live project" is real work and is shown with its author's permission.
5. Liability
The owner tries to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee it is error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. "From" prices are indicative; the price of each project is the one stated in the written proposal the client accepts. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites it links to.
6. Data protection and cookies
How personal data is handled is explained in the privacy policy. This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools; it only stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser, and that is never sent to any server.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, if the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of the owner's address.
